Advertisement Promotion Types
We at Freecycle.lk offers you two Advertisement Promotion Types for our local
customer base as follows: Top Ad and Daily Bump Up.
Top Ads
The two top most spots of every listing page, are reserved for Top Ads. To obtain
these positions you have to add a Top Ad Promotion to your advertisement. This can
give you an opportunity to be published as a top ad. This will increase your viewing
possibility up to 10 times or more.
* Top Ads
o Larger than basic ads
o Highlighted in Green
o Labeled as a "Top Ad"
* If the Top Ad Promotion is selected for a respective advertisements, all of them
have the equal possibility to be displayed as a Top Ad.
* Displaying as a Top Ad, will give many extra appearances for each Top Ad on
our most viewed pages, daily for a week (7 days).
* In addition to joining the Top Ad list, the same advertisement will also be posted
as a regular ad, it can also allow to add the Daily Bump Up promotion.
Daily Bump Up
This promotion type moves the respective ad to the top of the basic ad listings once a
day for a week (7 days). This is quite similar to reposting the same advertisement
every day. Daily Bump Up promotion attracts 5 times or more viewers as usual.
* Advertisements added with Daily Bump Up promotions will move to the top
position once a day and moves down the listing page as usual until the next bump up,
this cycle is repeated for a week.
